Situation
The Villa Belò is on the edge of the sea in the bay of Passo della Moneta, just in front of the house of Giuseppe Garibaldi, located on the island of Caprera. The villa offers panoramic views of the sea and the garden. Oriented to the east beach and the west at the rear, the garden in mediterranean maquis is very well maintained.
During its renovation in 2024, the Villa has retained its authenticity and strengthened its guidelines reminiscent of the 70’s. Simple and colorful, it reflects the festive atmosphere typical of those years.
Equipped with all the necessary amenities for a holiday with the beach in front of the house, it can accommodate 8 people, or more with small children. It has a large parking (two spaces are sheltered from the sun), a pergola overlooking the sea and a pine wood to the rear to rest in the afternoon in the shade of pine trees. It is the ideal place for families, where couples, children and teens of all ages will find their account.
The villa is equipped with a ventilation system thermodynamics able to cool the home naturally. It is also equipped with ceiling fans of the last generation. The smart TV works with a Wifi connection.
