History
This former munitions depot of the war 39-45 has been transformed into a house of habitation in the mid-60s.
Its owner, Cesare Belometti enlarges and creates the pergola in 1973. Passionate about design, he furnished it with furniture from Italian designers who were in vogue at the time.

Renovation of the villa
In July 2023, the house was purchased by thecurrent owner, who begins the renovation project in December until June 2024, with Manual Martina as local architect and Régis Lannoy internal architect.
Régis wanted to keep and develop the spirit of pop in the 70s in this house already has a good foundation of materials and colors. It has retained, restored and put in the value of the accessories and pieces of furniture present in the villa, which served as a guide of decoration, very color full, in a style that is decidedly the opposite of holiday homes nearby.
