Situation
The Villa Belò is placed in the edge of the sea in the bay of Passo della Moneta, just in front of the house of Giuseppe Garibaldi, located on theisland of Caprera. The villa offers panoramic views of the sea and the garden. Oriented to theeast beach and thewest at therear, the garden in mediterranean maquis is very well maintained.
During its renovation in 2024, the Villa has retained its authenticity and strengthened its guidelines reminiscent of the 70’s. Simple and colorful, it reflects the festive atmosphere typical of those years.
Equipped with all the necessary amenities for a holiday with the beach to the house, she can accommodate 8 people, or more with children at a young age. It has a large parking (two spaces are sheltered from the sun), a pergola overlooking the sea and a pine wood to therear to rest theafternoon in theshade of pine trees. It is the ideal place for families, where the couples, such as the children and teens of all ages will find their account.
The villa is equipped witha ventilation system thermodynamics able to cool naturally home. She is also equipped with ceiling fans from the last generation. The smart TV works with a Wifi connection.
