History

This former munitions depot of the war 39-45 has been transformed into a house ofhabitation in the mid-60s.
Its owner, Cesare Belometti enlarges and creates the pergola 73. Passionate about design, it’s the team of furniture, Italian designers fashionable at that time.

Renovation of the villa

In July 2023, the house was purchased by thecurrent owner, who begins the renovation project in December until June 2024, with Manual Martina as local architect and Governed Lannoy architect inside.

Governed wanted to keep and develop thespirit of pop in the 70s in this house already has a good foundation of materials and colors. It has retained, restored and put in the value of the accessories and pieces of furniture present in the villa, which served as a guide to decoration, very colourful, in a style that is decidedly the opposite of holiday homes nearby.
